They told me that will be $180 for a visit to see what was the problem. When I told him that a little too high, he said that we could do a service call for about $67, and set up a time for 9:30 am to 10:00 am. When I called back around 10:15 the next morning they said that can not come until after 12 noon. What happen is since I did not agree to the $180 charge, then he was not interested to come to someone that did not care to get robed by this jerk. Think twice before calling them. Read More »

They contacted me immediately and we set up an appt for 8:00am the next morning. My only complaint is that they were late. They did not arrive until 9:25am. Other than that, they were terrific!! They identified the problem and went to find the part they needed. When they found out that the exact manufacture part needed to be ordered and could take a week or so, they found an alternate part and tried to fix the problem same day. I highly recommend this company. I had several people come out and only guessed at what the problem was. Fresh Air systems knows their job and gets right to the problem. On time with appointment and did a complete and thorough job. I have heat after one year of no one knowing what the real problem was. Explained everything to me that they were doing..Fantastic!
