I found them on the internet and called them to get a quote on some jewelry I was considering selling. I was going to sell it last year when gold was really expensive but I never got arund to it until now. I I could only come at a time when they are normally closed, but they told me to try and call when I would like to come and they might be open. Sure enough they were. Was very concerned about sending a high value item via ANY shipping service. The US Post Office DOES NOT want anything over $5,000 in value, but UPS delivered. Robert and his team immediately confirmed receipt and followed through on the email estimate. My wife has much jewelery she bought while we were in India. I have had a wonderful experience with Ben-Dannie. I live in Florida and had no luck with diamond buyers around my own area. After speaking with Robert, I was more than confident in sending my ring to him and awaiting my actual offer. Robert was extremely responsive and didn't mind explaining items to me over the phone.
