Don't waste your time or money with these scammers! I hired this company to diagnose and repair my LG clothes dryer that was not producing heat. The technician diagnosed the problem without even using an ohm meter! I was told I needed to replace and sensor and thermostat for $250.00. I agreed and the "repair" was done. I have had nothing but problems with this company, but because they are contracted through my Home Warranty Insurance, I was stuck with them. The office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, the technicians don't really seem to know what they're doing, and they are all terrible at communication. I have had them out to my house 3 times, and if the technicians come at all, they are late and there is no call to inform me of this. On 04/09/10, I called Appliance Repair in order to get my dryer checked out. They stated that they would come the following day in the morning. I waited and waited and waited, nobody called or showed up.
