I had a FIIO X3II get the dreaded "not seen as storage" defect. Sonic said to ship it in and wait a month for a warranty repair. Now, almost 4 months later, my FIIO is not repaired not returned to me AND Sonic fails to escalate my situation to someone who cares OR even communicate with me about it any longer. I much appreciated the assistance I received while deciding which double din stereo to install in my 350Z. I was recommended the Pioneer AVH-X3800 BHS, and received the unit, install kit, and harness 2 days later. Although I've yet to install the unit, appears everything needed for the install was included. I have placed an order for my 2016 Lexus GS350 for part number NDS6223GS. (DVD & NAVI CONTROLLER) I have received this order two weeks ago and was sent a wrong part number (NDS6223EP) for 2014 Lexus GS350 and back. The sub-woofer and amplifier I ordered were shipped very fast, both work great and I'm very happy with my purchase. When the packages came the amplifier box was dented on one corner which did worry me, but it works fine so I can't complain. I have purchased from Sonic in the past, the prices are always good as they are buying in bulk. Anytime I have had issues with anything, returns are a hassle. If its buyers remorse, I don't mind paying the shipping. If the device is defective out of the box, I do mind paying the shipping. So I got these headphones for $60 on sale. I really wasn't expecting much, but man these things are wonderful. They have the sound quality of headphones costing up to $200. The sound is very balanced, and they react to EQ adjustments well. The active noise cancellation works as intended, however it is not Bose good. Found this on Sonic website. Compared to the other radios that offer bluetooth, internet and satellite radio, it seemed to offer the best value. Installation was performed by a service company, with no problems. We added an adapter for steering wheel functionality which was expensive, but works. Phone connection works well, and appears to be clear when making calls. Seems to be a very good unit at a good price. Read More »

I am 72 years old. A few weeks ago I backed my 2012 Chevy Malibu into a 3 foot pole and damaged my left rear quarter panel.
