Not be sound too dramatic, but I tried for AGES to find a good tax negotiator who would 1. be polite to me 2. actually call me back! 3. do a good job and 4. not charge me through the roof. I seen and heard plenty of commercials on tv and radio for businesses offering tax help. I did my research on many of them only to discover numerous complaints and unresolved tax issues. I found Mike Habib through my own online search and contacted him. He was very professional with great communication, always answering my questions and concerns. I decided to go with Mike Habib after speaking with 3 or 4 other local lawyers/agents. One guy was so rude to me and talked down, I ended up hanging up. I live in Texas and Mike is out of California. My wife carol and I was thrilled with Mike's handling of our tax issues with the IRS. We never felt like we were out there by ourselves. Mike was always right there when either Carol or I called. Mike is honest, friendly and caring person. I and my wife own IRS close to $300,000 in taxes. We were totally lost as what to do with our tax situation. Mike Habib was essential to helping me come up with a resolution to my $80k IRS debt that goes all eh way back to tax year 2004 thru 2009. I had previously hired 2 other firms before Mike. I was really drowning in my tax debt. I've gotten to the point where I stopped making my monthly payments. When I retained Mike, he took a new financial statement from me and was able to drastically reduce my monthly payment. I tried that myself before, but the IRS did not budge, they wanted over 3000 per month. It's a huge relief to have my tax debt resolved. Mike Habib did an amazing job for me. I had not filed or paid my taxes for a total of eight years, which eventually caught up with me when the IRS started sending a series of threatening letters. The IRS had enforced a levy on my paycheck (which I never received notice of EVEN as I had mail forwarding each time I moved). Mike was extremely thorough and very patient with me as I'd felt I was at my wit's end since 70% of my paycheck was being taken away from me at a week's notice. Fist I want to state that Mike did not solicit me, this is my own words. I contacted Mike for a tax debt that I can not pay, the IRS levied my gas station's business bank account and wiped out all my balance of $22K, needless to say that was extremely stressful and simply disastrous!!!
