I bought a 2006 iMac and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. When it came in, I received a 2008 iMac, which is not what I ordered. I called the number on the website and spoke to a man who tried to convince me to keep the 2008 model. I made an order for 3 used Mac Minison 1-25-19. After ten days, I had not seen my order processed or updated to include shipping information. When I contacted usedmac.com, I was told that the three computers were shipping on 2-4-19 and my order would be updated with the tracking number. DON’T BUY FROM THIS GUY!!! They are a total rip-off. They sell crap machines and then ever answer their phones or return their emails!! I received my Macbook Pro and upon first use it says there is no sound device installed in the machine (i.e. no speakers). It was also very slow, it froze up continuously, and the trackpad was unresponsive. Well my first review was 4 stars and all that written under this lines BUT the part i received had a fault even though it was brand new from Apple, that happens, so i returned the part to usedmac and now 2 month later i did not received the good part back and when i try to reach them by chat or by mail they just don't answer, the only way to reach them is by phone and the answer is the same.."we are waiting for Apple" as a technician that worked directly with Apple on a daily basis i know thi... BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS I bought a video card radeon 7500 32md usedmac sent me the same standard video card that was in my mac a 16mbs when confronted with this they played stupid and told me " Ha we not know you wanted to upgrade in broken english from india " they then send me a nvidia card not what I ordered - NOW AFTER 5 MONTHS OF PH0NE CALLS THEY ARE Asking me to send back both cards at my expense for their mistake and odds are they will not respect that either . I am fairly certain this company is not in business any longer. I bought a used Mac, received it today and have tried calling both the 818 and the 866 numbers as it is not working as promised. Both numbers have been disconnected. Also sent emails to the company and they are not responding. No live chat available either. Read More »

I bought 2 mac g4 from this company. One worked great and the other died well within the 60 days and they never replied to me either by phone or email. I e-mailed and called several times and no results. I would not and have not recommended this company since. They have continued to not respond to me. Read More »
