I live in a 2-storey condo complex that has a management company, and that management company contracted with Courtesy Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs throughout the complex. Because the units were so old, many of the sewer pipes have been overgrown with roots, and ants were finding their way inside the roots and into our units via the drain pipes at the end of summer.
