The owner is extremely out of line. i didnt like how he was talking to his employees and my family members while in my home. I appreciated the very prompt response to my request for some repairs on a newly purchased rental. Although none of the items were emergencies the Kastle plumber was out the next day and completed several repairs. They did a couple of things for me that are often not done by plumbers, which saved me having a second service call. The communication was very good despite my not being there. I will use them again. Once again Kastle Plumbing came to our rescue! Leak mysteriously coming from the ceiling!! Kastle plumbing came quickly, located the pinhole leak and made the repair with minimal damage to the drywall. Over the past 10 years Kastle plumbing has been our trusted plumber. Always providing excellent work and reasonable pricing for our 30 year-old home. In 2004 Kastle plumbing added a powder room for us, trenched for a toilet and added plumbing for a sink. We were very pleased with the response by the Company to come check out the water leak problem. After speaking with Scott it was evident he knows all about slab leaks and how to fix them. He gave us an option, and we opted to have the hot and cold water run through the attic. Everything was professionally done from the set up to the clean up. Kastle Plumbing!! First off I want to say THANK YOU!! I called Kastle Plumbing at 5pm on a Monday evening with a emergency slab leak. Scott came out within 30 minutes and told me he would not leave until we had water again. He then used his nifty dandy leak detection tools and found my leak quickly. Scott and his crew are by far the best plumbers we have ever used. They are professional, skilled, and courteous. We had our house completely re-plumbed and had all new fixtures installed. Kastle Plumbing owner Scott received my phone call and immediately called me back. I had a tenant that called the gas company and shut down all the gas in the home. The tenants could not cook or take showers. I first called Reliable plumbing and they basically did not know what they were doing and they robbed me of 900.00. I contacted Kastle Plumbing owing to an "odd" presence of water on carpet. Scott came out as scheduled and confirmed prior to arrival by phone that he would be on time. Once at the house he quickly did a system test that indicated no major leak. Scott then competently went on a step by step analysis of potential sources until the source was identified and resolved. We were referred to Scott and Kastle Plumbing from our neighbor, who is very selective about these things and who we trust. We have had many plumbing issues with our place off and on (everyone in the neighborhood does due to the initial plumbing that was done when they were all built), including 2 major emergency jobs. My water heater burst and I didn't notice for three days. Scott and crew came out immediately, disconnected the old one, brought in a new one, and hooked it up a few feet away from its normal position so the repair crew could dry and fix the walls. Two weeks later they reinstalled the water heater in its proper position. We recently had a slab leak in our master bathroom and were very concerned about potential water damage to our newly remodeled bathroom. Ryan responded very quickly and came out to cap the leak to avoid water damage. The next day Scott and Hogan came to do the repairs and rerouting of the lines.
