First, I must say the customer service couldn't be better. There was not one detail that was not attended to. We had a slight internet connection problem and within a half hour a gentlemen from the rental office showed up and installed a replacement. The rental was stylish and very clean. Just got back from an amazingly relaxing vaca in Palm Springs staying at a wonderful house rented from Vacation Palm Springs. The house was immaculately clean, exquisitely decorated and lacked for nothing in the way of amenities - fabulous pool amazingly private, lounge chairs, umbrellas, grill, deck tables and that was on the outside! Hi, I wanted to make you aware of a disappointing experience I recently had. We had 15 family members flying and driving into Palm Springs (between the east coast, Midwest, and California) for a weeklong vacation. Rented a home in Palm Springs for a family vacation in March 2011 Arrangements made trough Palm Springs Vacation The house worked out great for us Excellent 5 bedroom house layout with 2 of the bedrooms in a guest house next to the house adjacent to the pool Fun contemporary design house. I recently spent a relaxing, wonderful week at Lucky Sun in Palm Springs. I found the property to be well maintained and provided everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It was centrally-located to Downtown and provided all the amenities. I would highly recommend this property to other visitors to the Palm Springs area. Read More »

The house we rented from Vacation Palm Springs was impeccably clean, the layout was beautiful, the furnishings were much nicer than we expected even though everyone in our family has very high expectations. I would recommend Vacation Palm Springs rental agency to anyone without any hesitation. Fantastic company! We had a great time! Will definitely visit again, especially since they give discounts for repeat visits! Last time we went with another rental agency and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! This company does not hassle you and actually picks up the phone to help if you call with any problems.
