My Security Consultant Pam Taylor was great! After shopping the other security companies she had the best price and wasn't pushy. She set up the most user friendly design and made sure we were comfortable with the system. Our installer Chris was great showed up on time and explained how to use the system. Our home was very large so some of the new slim contacts had to be swapped out for a slightly larger one. The sales person sold Slimline Wireless window transmitters stating that the ones they have are smaller and better than the competitors and made us pay for them. When the installer came, he installed older less expensive and much larger transmitters. We called the salesperson to let him know the wrong devices were installed, and he told us to talk to the installer, and he would take care of it. We called and left messages but the installer wouldn't call us back.
