My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with US Lending a few times and I have found all of the staff very kind, courteous and professional, as well as delivered all that was promised. The office atmosphere is very amicable. No hidden fees, everything was very clearly stated. I'm so glad there were no surprised come time to close escrow. We were looking to get FHA loan for our house. We tried local bank, wasted over a month but no response from the bank. We only had couple of weeks left close our escrow otherwise we were told the escrow deposit would be lost. One of my co-worker shared their experience with US lending.
