This company remodeled both of our bathrooms. The work was very good and the workers were professional. The work took less time than they originally estimated, which is pretty rare if you ask me. I wish all businesses operated the way these guys do! Read More »

I would hire them again. They recently completed a major renovation to my 1 bedroom apartment, blew out walls, built new ones, demolished the old kitchen and installed a beautiful new one. It all looks amazing. It was a large project to handle in such a short time period, they even call us back to check from time to time just to make sure my new kitchen sink wasn't leaking and everything is alright. DO NOT TRUST TOP CONSTRUCTION! January 11, 2011 my elderly father (87 years old), from Ventura California, called to alert me that he had just written a check for $975 and had signed a contract for a termite home remodel project that would cost $9750 and was to begin the next day. UPDATE 2/2/11-I just wanted all of you who read this, that T.C. came to an agreement, with my aunt, but had the NERVE to ask her, to tell me to remove my review! Hi, Usually I don't write any reviews but I do have to share that I'm happy with Top Construction company and the great job the did on my house. We've been wanting to paint it for years now and I must say the final result is truly amazing. It's painted beautifully and what ever needed to be fixed,cracks,wood damage had been taking care of as well. I secured a Ordaz Construction to paint the home of some elderly friends of mine (in their late 80's). He gave a bid of $4,000 to paint the ENTIRE EXTERIOR of their 5,000 square foot home. He was scheduled to paint the house in late October, 2010. My horrible experience with Top Construction: They called and said 'our good friend xxx recommends our work' we scheduled an appointment and the salesman showed up a half hour late. MY friend had never met them, she had recieved a cold call. When I asked if they had done her remodel, he said 'yes'. First he said the estimate was good for a year then after he knew I was interested said I had to sign immediately, backdated the contract to void the three-day cancellation clause. Said state law... DO NO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE WERE! There is nothing positive to say about this company. BBB gives it an a+ rating yet, someone from this company called my parents, 80 and 85 years old, and got them to sign a contract to remodel their home. The home was built in the 70's and they proceeded to begin tearing up the house with no regard to the possibility they would stir up asbestos.
