We purchased 2 copiers from EBU on January 16th. First one arrived mid February. Over 2 weeks after they were paid when they were supposed to ship immediately. The other one arrived on February 22nd. One copier arrived with missing parts and was dirty inside. The second one arrived not working. EBU refuse to take care of the situation despite their website and invoice saying they would guaranty to arrive in good, working condition. Don't have any other solution but to take them to court...
