I agree with other reviewers. They are not honest business. I became one of their latest victim of their fraud. They lie to me get the merchant service contract signed. Once contract signed, the monthly fee jump 3~4 times, from $10 to $45 because my monthly transaction did not meet their requirement. this company is chinese company.they are not honesty company,the sale person not going to tell you true what do they charge.they just send to you agreement ask you to sign . the sale person told to me 11cents per item fee.and plus 1.29% for debit,1.69%for credit card.i have been ask her are there any authorization fee? she told to me there are only 11cents they charge for me . when i received my first statement i found they charge 22cents ,11cents item fee and 11cents authorization fee.i cal... I have had the worst experience with this company. The salesperson came to review our account and told me that I can get up to $300 in savings if we change our service to their company; however, when we received our first statement, everything the salesperson promised was never given and even more was charged that the first promised rate.
