My experience with the Albert Lopez, was good. He was always there to answer my questions. Once he determined what I wanted, he was able to filter out properties that he knew that I'd have no interests in. He really does his homework, and never lost his drive to put me in the home I wanted. When it came time to close a sale, he made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. This is an incredible company to work with. I was nervous about buying my first home but Albert was reassuring and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I had a shortened escrow which was made even shorter due to all of the bank and office closures over the Holidays and Albert was able to process and put everything together quickly and even managed to help me close a day early. Albert was very easy to work with from start to finish. He followed up on everything he promised and the loan was in place in a very timely manner. SmartMoney is a great company. I worked with Albert Lopez, the President of the company, to refinance my home. He was extremely professional and reliable. There was minimum paperwork involved, a friendly notary came to my home to finalize the paperwork and the whole process took less than 2 weeks from start to finish.
