DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE! NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE! I am a GC and referred a lot of business to them in the past. Modern Bathroom uses Estes-express.com for delivery in the New York area. I would not buy anything from Modern Bathroom ever again because of the poor customer service and the poor delivery service. Delivery was originally scheduled for 9/23 but no one came. It was re-scheduled for 9/29 but, again, no one came. I purchased a vanity with a double sink from MB and am very happy with quality of the product and the price I paid was competitive with other vendors. Although I didn't check I would have liked to purchase the vanity without the travertine counter that came with it. There was nothing wrong with the top and actually is quite nice but, we have a stone quarry only a short distance from us and I would have like the opportunity to pick out the counter top myself. Our contractor recommended Modern Bathroom. Found the place in North Hollywood, close to my home in Sherman Oaks. My wife and I went to buy three bath cabinets. The showroom was full and almost all items were in stock. Arthur helped us and we ended up purchasing all of our plumbing fixtures there. The prices on the plumbing fixtures were as low as my plumber could get. We highly recommend this company. Read More »

If only I had known about this place earlier, I did one of my houses and bought all my stuff from a very super expensive place down in San Diego :( I am going to start on a new project and I stopped by the modern bathroom showroom to check it out, and its super clean and neat, and everyone is super friendly. We went specifically to Modern Bathroom because we found online that they have a free standing "Mermaid" tub that fit the dimensions of our new bathroom and was extremely reasonably priced. Vic helped me and was polite and friendly and explained the ordering procedures and the fact a container shipment was expected from China with several tubs. Horrible Don't EVER order from them. Wish I've read the reviews earlier. The worst customer service. Ordered vanity and linen tower. 2 days later I was told it was on back order for 1 month. I said OK, I'll wait. 1 moth later no info from company so I called. I was told it will be yet another month. This company has the worst customer service. I purchased two sinks on 1/25/11. I was told by Arthur shaginyan that one sink was on back order from china and it would take 6 weeks for me to receive. I was fine with that. I received the first sink with no problem as of yet have not received the second sink. I emailed Mr. Shaginyan 2 times on 2/22/11 and 3/16/11 and did not receive a response back. I called 4 times in between those dates and spoke to a young lady who I did not get her name. The... Buyer beware. Bought 2 vanities from Modern Bathroom, they said it was made of solid wood..False. Made of a cheap material called MDF. Vanities came in peeled. Also, said the vanity tops come as one piece (sink attached to marble top) Never received a marble top for one vanity. Company blamed the shipping company.. Would never trust or buy from them. So far, not so good. I wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering from them. Their vanity selection looks nice and modern, but wish I had ordered locally instead. I feel like I may have gotten better customer service if I called in the order rather than purchasing online. They advertise false delivery times and really set you up with poor expectations. So far they took my money over 1400.00 and no reply on where or when my order was shipped ....Over a week . Called talked to a Mike guy which was very RUDE and said it was shipped out . Ordered two vanities and two tubs from Modern Bathroom. First the order was wrong for the tubs as I realized that the tubs on the order sheet were not the ones that I had described. Then the tubs took over a month to be delivered. Then I found out that one of the tubs was damaged in the corner, and the corner of the shipping box that was damaged had been covered in white tape so it wouldn't be noticed until the box was opened. I ordered 2 vanities with 4 mirrors and 4 faucets. It was just ordered last week and it has already been shipped. On my final bill it was noted that the faucets I ordered were out of stock and were replaced by an other model. This was done without my knowledge or consent.
