Called Re-Inks June 2010 to ask questions about ink refill kit for my Epson Artisan 800 printer. Was told that they had the bulk ink and would include easy to follow instructions for my printer. Received the order without instructions, I called the company 6 times over the next 5 weeks and spoke to several personnel to include the supervisor and was reassured that they would promptly send the easy to follow instructions or would provide a full refund.
