This company always had the lowest prices on luxury watches, and now their service just got really great. They have professional staff in there now, they notify you when things are in stock and out of stock. I've seen a lot of negative reviews out there, but from my experience, that's not the case any longer with this company. Ordered a Baume & Mercier watch for my wife for our 25th anniversary that their site indicated was in stock and it accepted my order only to then find that the watch was not in stock and they were going to "source it" with a delay. Received no further follow-up so logged on to their site to find that there was no evidence that I had any pending order.
