Eveyone know it sucks to get your car towed. I was a apartment complex repairing a computer for one of my clients when i got my car towed. At first i thought it was stolen because i had computers on the back seat, but when i called the police department, they told me it was impounded for parking on a assigned space. I'm a college student at CSUF and recently bought a Ford Focus after extensively working a summer internship; Lola is my baby! I had a great experience with the manager of southside towing, David. He was very kind when I talked to him about a situation that I had with my car getting towed and helped resolve it promptly. Over time, I have talked with a lot of people who own businesses in different scenarios but this manager was very professional, very helpful and very informative and prompt regarding my issue. My car died in the middle of an intersection. Three Christian women helped me push it to a nearby parking lot. After trying to get someone to actually answer at numerous other towing companies, I called Southside Towing in Orange. They were professional, very friendly and helpful. had my car towed a while back with Southside towing and was damaged in the process. Had a disagreement with the owner about who caused the damage but was able to work something out. The owner was very polite and willing to help me regardless of the circumstance. Read More »

This Southside Towing is now located at 1643 Placentia Ave. Costa Mesa CA92627. Three years ago, they towed away our van in collaboration of 2176 Pacific Homeowners Association. The towing is illegal and the 2176 Pacific HOA is being sued at the Orange Court Superior Court. This Southside Towing will be be sued because the towing is illegal. I was recently towed by Southside Towing and what could have been a really horrible experience turned out to be a rather positive one. The staff at Southside made it positive because they were professional and courteous in the face of a really bad situation (I had parked my car in a lot where I wasn't supposed to park, and when my ride dropped me off and left my car was gone...... ) I had no idea if my Mercedes Benz was stolen or what..... I work with several tow companies in Southern California and this is by far one of the better companies. I can't say they are the best company because if I had my own tow company, it would be the best =). The staff members and drivers are easy to get along with.
