My parents purchased a "new" phone from JustCellular in September as a birthday gift for my 15 year old daughter. My daughter is very active in school activities and stays after school alot so it is very important for her to have a reliable phone. I was very iffy about buying any used phone from the internet however this phone was in brand new condition when I recieved it. it works great! has awesome battery life so far im going on my 3rd day without charging it and its still about 50%charged. This purchase was very positive. I received my phone on(3/7) within three days after placing the order on(3/4). it was in excellent condition was fully charged and the battery held the charge for almost a week. I love my lg dare! I received the phone 2 days after ordering which was fast. upon receiving the phone I opened the box and there it was brand new in a package. I took it out and tested it to make sure everything worked fine which was 100%. went hooked it up at the local verizon store and bam new phone is good to go. the price for the phone was amazingly cheap as well for around a $100 compared to $400 was great! The phone came just as it was described and I love it! I ordered the battery on wednesday afternoon and had it in my mail on friday afternoon. I received free standard shipping but recieved the battery in less than 48 hours through regular mail. the battery is identical to the orginal battery from my phone and is performing better than my original. very satisfied with the promptness of receiving my order and the quality of the product. thanks. Purchased a NEW LG1000VX. Delivered reasonable quick. Worked fine until about 50th day, finally contacted them on the 60th after not solving problems. New phones have 60 day warranty. They initially argued but agreed to send a replacement. Two replacements(at my delivery expense) later and many conversations with LG and Verizon tech support, phone will not work (pictures cannot be sent/rec'd). I ordered a phone from just cellular and never received it. First they told me it couldnt be delivered to my address,because it was not a real address. Do not buy, ordered "NEW" verizon phone with "clear" ESN. Was unable to activate phone due to the ESN already on file on a delinquent account with Verizon. Phone had already been activated and looked new but was not. Not much help from customer service. Will never buy from again. Read More »
