This management company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they incompenant of their jobs, but are theives and dont follow the law when it comes to security deposits. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO FIGHT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. I had to go to court to recover some of my security deposit after they kept it all. My experience was truly awful. The last 4 months of my lease my roommate's income was cut and notified me that I should look to find a new roommate. I notified the leasing agent and asked what options I had. I wanted to know if I could rent a one bedroom apartment that was empty in the same building, and start a new lease one month from now.
