Paid the 24hr service fee because I needed internet access. When I finally logged in and created an account, i fired up my laptop (as I was needing to print maps out). 

That's when I was made aware that it would cost EXTRA to use the laptop under the same account. Nowhere did I see that I would have to pay more to use my laptop. It did say "mobile account", but that doesn't mean much. My laptop is mobile, my desktop, not so much.

What I can tell you is that it is a piece of cake to connect and I can almost always get a reliable connection.

For someone who travels often, I have been very impressed with how wide their network is, not just in the US, but around the world. Many times I have fired up my laptop and was pleasantly surprised to see the Boingo network alert immediately fire up - giving me access instantly. I am definitely going to be a long-term client with the service, I used it at least once every couple of weeks.
