Max Meyer came into my home and lied about absolutely everything in order to get me to switch to Direct TV. I've complained to Direct TV about him and this company. Now I am dealing with Max's supervisor, Duane, who told me my refundable deposit was mailed 7 days ago. He will not return or take my calls any longer. Shady business....This company is scandalous and employs the same. I am an elderly man and this fast talking sales Rep ( Max Meyer) lied to me(actually never mentioned them) about the monthly fees associated with ADT . They offer a no cost alarm system and bury a $99 activation in a multi page contract. I will be stuck with them for the next two years. I will be cancelling the second the contract is over! Read More »
