It's unbelievable the level of unprofessionalism involved with ninja jump. We dealt with FRANK! He tried to over charge me thousands on items. Then would ship items to me COD without even telling me the costs. He would lie about the arrival dates and when they were shipped. In all my years dealing with inflatable companies. They did not tell me that the blower was not going to fit waterslide, Instead they told me it would fit, then sold it to me for 250.00 dollars. When I received it and it didn't fit I called them they said sorry we can not return it all sales are finale, We never even used it. Read More »
