I worked with KOJ online for an upgraded engagement ring. Ended up returning two rings but I did finally buy a beautiful loose stone. Return policy is excellent so I was able to view and return items I did not want. Few jewelry stores let you return jewelry within 30 days or upgrade stones with no depreciation in your stone value. I never take the time to write reviews. Like most people I have purchases I make online and purchases I want to make in person. I will occasionally go to best buy and look at electronics then buy them online to save money but do feel guilty not supporting local stores. Fabulous company to work with. Excellent communication, fast service and excellent customer service. I don't share compliments freely unless well deserved and we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.
