This company is a FRAUD!!! If THEIR COMPUTER should screw up your order, as they did my order, kungfu4less will MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT!! I paid $100 for three uniforms and belts and that's NOT LESS. The owner of this company is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 plus years, and have always received exactly what I ordered, until my most recent order a few days ago. I ordered several belts for an upcoming promotion, and the next day I received an email saying they were out of stock in one of the sizes, and that they could order those sizes and ship my belts the following week. First their size chart is a little off, so I ordered 4 uniforms that were too large and I had to return them. They need to provide an accurate size chart but the return is the real issue. I had my daughter try on one of the uniforms. It was too large so it went back into the package immediately for return. I folded it and put it in myself. Save yourself time and aggravation and do not purchase from this store. They have very strict return policies and will double your shipping for exchanges. They also charge a restocking fee and take forever to post your return. Even when I saw they had received my return I am still waiting after 3 weeks for it to post. Customer service was very rude and unwilling to assist to determine a shipping date even when I received a shipment notice and tracking# from them which was false. They charged my card before the day of shipping which is typically unlawful. Still have no idea when 1 product I ordered will ship or IF it will even ship.
