We live in New York and we purchased a Gentron Pro2-3500P and had it shipped to us. We only used 1 time for less than 15-20 minutes. Then we went to fire it up and it didn't work. We called Generator Depot and spoke with Kelly and she referred us to a place called Dr. Marc's in Syracuse which is 1-1/2 hours away in the getto of Syracuse.
