UNRELIABLE. I would never use this service again. I called to book an appointment for a move in cleaning for my new tenant 2 weeks in advance. They never show up nor did I get a phone call back after numerous messages. After 5 phone calls, I finally got someone on the phone. I was offer a discount rate for my "trouble". I found out that their discount rate was what their special rate was now. I would recommend that you look for another company to hire. Read More »

SCAM SCAM SCAM! WARNING THEY HIRE CRIMINALS TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE! They cleaned our house for nearly a year or so every other week and sometimes it was clean and sometimes not. We requested multiple times that they send the same team and they assured us they would and if they could not then they would at least let us know that someone new would be there, they didn't. Maid Experts ruined our solid cherry dining room table, solid cherry end table and solid cherry desk leather insert by using harsh chemicals. The top layer of lacquer was removed at a cost of $1,100 to repair all three pieces. In the master bathroom, we had a full set of towels hanging and they used one of the face cloths (obviously part of the set)to clean the shower with bleach! Our green face cloth is now orange. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! THEY WILL QUOTE YOU $200 AND CHARGE YOU $400 I have only used this service once, and this company is a complete scam! To make it even better, these maids used harsh brushes on my stainless steel appliances and completely ruined the factory finish it had. Original: 9/15/2009 Maids did an ok job cleaning our house. Nothing special, but not horrible either. Was quoted a price of 90-120, but was then charged 140. Worst thing that happened was they left large scratches all over my glass shower doors. I have left messages and sent emails to have them contact me but have not heard back.
