Todd Bidler is one of those guys you will like the instant you meet. He is friendly, courteous, professional, an excellent listener, efficient, and conscientious. TJ Jensen worked with us on a loan a few years ago. Months ago, I asked her to keep an eye on the interest rates so we could refinance for a 20 yr loan. We currently had a 30 year and would like to keep the same payment or less but shave off years of payments. SUCCESS! Don't believe the A rating by the BBB on this company. They have a conflict of interest! Its more like a D rating if you ask me. The BBB protects businesses, not the consumer. This company is a corrupt organization, don't believe what they want to sell you - its a scam. Do your research. The broker of this company, Billy Goocher, has an unethical past. He left his former employer, park place funding, a few years ago under shady circumstances, and started this company with the "purpose" of screwing the consumer with the concept of "no-cost, rebate loans". Although I found the employees to be very friendly, I also found Purpose Funding to lack professionalism, integrity and honesty. I experienced serveral delays in the process due to the manager "being out of town" and they promised certain percentages and pricing to get my business, but the Good Faith Estimate was completely different.
