I purchased a dining room set for 2,999 three years ago and my set still is not correct. The table is damage and it looks like mold is in one of my chairs. They claim they ordered me another glass table and I have yet to see it. I did speak to someone name claudia and she claimed they ordered my table top and two chairs. I have not seen it yet. I am sorry I have to choose one star since they don't deserve one. I ordered a bed in December which claimed to be available for immediate delivery. The entire purchase price was charged to Paypal. After several weeks without communication I began calling and emailing the company's listed customer service contacts. No one answered the phone or returned multiple emails. In Spring of 2013 I shopped online and found the best deal for a Powell bunkbed at Online Store Inc website. 1. I was charged immediately with the wrong (higher) sales tax amount. 2. I Purchased a NFL football chair that they charged my credit card upfront. They cancelled the order one year later claiming chair was discontinued. They said they would refund credit card....they never did. Filed complaint with BBB and Online Store will not answer BBB request. Trying to get a refund from my credit card company. We recently purchased a new mattress and boxspring from Online Store at a wonderful discount. Since the mattress is made to order they said it could take three weeks or more for manufacture and shipping. Within two weeks to the day we ordered the new Simmons it was delivered. The delivery people called two days in advance and delivered on their promised schedule. They set up the new mattress and took the old bedding away. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I agree with the other reviewer - the customer service is non-existant. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone and responses to emails are inconsistent. I ordered a bed at the end of June and still had not received it the first week in August. When I finally did reach someone on the phone, they could not provide a shipment date and indicated the bed had not shipped. I canceled via email according to their instructions and a week late... Unresponsive/non-existent customer service. I have called the customer service number listed on their website at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks with concerns that my order has not arrived. I was expecting it a week or two ago and need it within the next 2 weeks. No one has returned any of my calls.
