I was informed that if a robber cuts the phone line, ADT will not be notified. The only way they would is if they were to sell you their cellguard line for additional $9 a month. What a rip off when all other monitoring providers will monitor the state of the alarm system and if the phone line were to get cut they would at least call to verify what's going on. I recently had a alarm system installed in my home By Home Alert ADT. My home is very local to there office, I received there brochure a few weeks before calling. After seeing a few guys around my neighborhood at all times of the night I decided to call. The sales rep was very helpful and didn’t use any kind of high-pressure tactics. I recently had my alarm system installed by Home Alert and have to say I am extremely satisfied with their overall performance. Matthew Cortez was my sales man and he did a wonderful job explaining how the service works, who Home Alert is, and how the monitoring is done through ADT. I contacted ADT Home Alert to install a security system for my home. When I called their office with questions regarding my account and installation, I was fortunate to speak with Brook Martin, a customer service liason/supervisor. Wanted you to be aware of the service that I recieved today. The installers name was zhi. He did an excellent job. Most people that come into install something in your home, after they leave it looks like a tornado hit. Wires everywhere, pieces of plastic. Zhi vacuumed his mess put everything back in it's original spot, stapled the wires down and was very polite and helpful. He is an asset your company!!! Katie Read More »

I picked Home Alert because they have an A rating with the BBB and all of their employees are employees not sub contractors. I also like the fact that they have all the proper insurances for doing this type of work in my home! Ed Read More »

Home Alert set up our alarm system about 2 years ago, which gives my wife a great deal of comfort & security. When my wife feels safe, secure and good, I feel better too. The installation was high quality in our lovely home and then we moved a few miles down the road. Home Alert took out our old system and upgraded it to an even better and smaller one that hardly takes up any space. The installers were great all around.
