Patrol Masters is a solid company with more than experienced and qualified staff. Whoever wrote about that they are shady and that they patrol masters are getting kickbacks from tow companies is 100 percent false. Make that -1! This company is shady and sketchy. They tow your car 20 miles away which is illegal! The tow itself was a mistake! They promised no tows in December! Officer Kelly has repeatedly lied to the owners of the condo I rent resulting in an eviction because I caught him asleep on duty, totally a kodac moment. This lame has said I'm dealing drugs,threaten him, point guns at him, and drink alcohol outside on private property. He also harasses residents that are outside after ten pm, adults have no curfew dummy. This guy and the staff at patrol masters need a reality check on violation of civil rights. This morning, December 13, 2011, my husband heads out the door to go to work at 0635 (ish) to find our car to be missing. After standing there a few moments (with Im sure you can picture a dumb founded face of “where did my wife park the car?”), he heads back inside to wake me and inform me my car is missing. Patroll masters is horrible I left many messages witch they did no return. Finally getting whole of maria she tells me I need to make a garage inspection.so on the night of the garage inspection I wait for the 3 hour window andno one shows. When I called them they told me my appt was candles and to call back in three day when maria is in the office. They are rude lazy ands horrible company. Michelle, I'd like to extend a million thanks to Tinsley (#96) on the patrol from Friday/Saturday. It seems about 12:50 that he accosted two unknown Hispanic males who do not live in the Park and had them leave. Today I was illegally towed by Patrol Masters. The location of the tow was the car wash area. I pulled in to tend to my son who was violently ill and had regurgitated all over the truck and himself twice on the way home from daycare. I pulled in at 2:00 p.m. and apparently had the notice of violation tucked away in the windshield wiper at 2:05 p.m.. I had a problem with the kids next door. The would stay up late every night making all kinds of noise. I contacted Patrol Masters and they dispatched a security officer. The officer was there fast and got the kids to quite down. The kids have'nt caused me anymore problems. I am very happy that my HOA has Patrol Masters. Read More »

The owner of Patrol Masters, Samir, has a 31 count felony charge against him by the District Attorney, who is representing The People of California. Felony complaint warrant: 09CF1417 This multiple felony charge ranging from worker's comp fraud to insurance fraud gave our HOA reason to drop Patrol Masters as our vendor. Patrol Masters are daylight robbers! I am in the process of suing them for illegally towing my car due to home remodeling, and thus not being able to park my car in my allotted one-car garage! This company should be put out of business. They tow cars with out warning. Their website that they use to safe list cars is off and on so clients can not safe list cars then they get towed. They do not give out permits to clients that are residents and then cars get towed. They obviously work with towing companies to get money. Just wanted to congratulate Patrol Masters on their great customer service team! I had to call in to safe list my car in an emergency situation and the gal I spoke to was great! It was about 10pm on Thursday night, she was polite, got all my information and repeated it back to me. I had never had a problem with any of their C/S representatives. Most of the people that work at this company are not professional and rude. I always have a hard time getting the proper help needed. Only exception is Ren. He is a very kind and patient individual that is very attentive to your calls. Very friendly individual.
