Eli Shapiro of the Corona Paul Davis Restoration acknowledges he has not yet completed my water damage and restoration job after 3 months following an estimate 1 - 2 months. The invoices include work not performed, including cleaning, refrigerator install, removal and resetting room, etc. We have made 3 installment payments of approximately $14,000 total. They have requested payment in full to include neglected items and have filed a small claims lawsuit against their customer. Read More »
