I had (4) electricians give my husband and I a quote for the work in our condo. While the costs for all were within $100 of each other Paul (from Cobra) was the only person who instilled confidence. He was also the only electrician to mention patching the holes once complete. He also guaranteed the price on the quote, once signed, would not change even if the job took longer than expected.
