Buyer Beware!! Rhino Mart in not the company they claim to be! We are a small husband/wife owned business just starting out and this experience will be a lesson learned. We placed an order on 3/6/11 for $155.18 and was told it would arrive around 3/11/11. As of this date (4/27/11), we received only one item for $13.48 and as many other businesses have experienced, I'm assuming we've been ripped off. I have ordered thru Rhino Mart web site on 3/12/11 I was told my order would reach me by 3/18/11. Now here it is 4/6/11 and I have not received my order yet. The company have drafted my account and no one is returning any emails. On top of that all the phone numbers they are listed under is disconnected except for the one they never answer. i am a small non profit - we feed the homeless and i had ordered gloves in feb - never received them, at that time i was able to get a person on the line. he issued a credit. i then ordered socks all of this for the homeless - order beginning of march and today have yet to receive the order and it looks like they are out of business WITH my money. I'm sorry to hear that others are having the same problem that I am. Placed an order in early March and never received it. My account on websites states my order is still pending. All the phone numbers have been removed from the website and the two I have from before no longer work. I need to check to ensure my credit card wasn't charged. They must have gone out of business! I placed an order on rhinomart.com on 3/17/11 i was supposed to get my order within 4 days. Now its already 3/30/11 and i have not even recieved a tracking number. I have made several attempts to contact the company through email and have got no reply. I have also tried calling but all numbers i have found to contact rhinomart have been disconnected or no longer in service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! What they are doing is criminal. They are taking money for orders they don't intend to fill. I ordered on 2/27/11 and still don't have the order. They do not return phone calls, emails or faxes. The customer service line is out of order now and you can't contact them via the web. My husband and I ordered from RhinoMart on 1-28-11. Shortly after we placed our order we saw on our account (no one from the company ever informed us) that most of our product was out of stock and they had credited our account (in- store). This company is a scam. They dont own anything on their site. I ordered from them and heard every excuse in the book. Turns out they order once you order and if the company they are ordering from is out so are you. best part is they charge you the full amount from the moment you click order then hold you money hostage. Rhinomart has very poor and unresponsive customer service. I made a complaint about 2 cases(60 pc each) of gloves which were damaged. They misread my signed return form and credited me for 2 pairs of gloves. Then when I tried to correct them, they asked me to photograph 120 pairs of gloves in order to get my return processed. RhinoMart is the most dishonest, slow-moving, excuse-finding, deceitful business I've ever dealt with. My co-worker purchased printers with my credit card back in August '09 and the printers did not arrive (the items were discontinued) - my credit card was charged, and to this day (11 months later), I have yet to receive a refund. I did not receive what I ordered, they sent me the wrong items that I did not order or want. This is a BAIT and switch company. Rhino Mart would not refund me after I returned the package. I had to fight it out with my credit card and my credit card covered me. What a hassle! Do not trust this company. They do not stand by what they say on their website. POOR SERIVICE...Did not respond to emails or calls. 1st order, 80% out of stock. 10% damaged, requested a rma, they were supposed to issue--none sent. 2nd order, 100% out of stock and no credit offered. They keep your cash on acct and offer you a coupon to buy in the future. BS I filed a claim with the cc company to get it fix.
