I ordered a sectional in Mid March and they said that a new shipment will arrive on April 3rd. We decided that we will wait and when the day came we got no phone call. I called customer service and the rep indicated that the delivery was on the way to arrive on April 7th. Again, NO PHONE CALL NO SHIPMENT! I went to Mathis Brothers furniture a few weeks ago and just got my furniture delivered. They are a great store and have a great sales team. Their selection was outstanding, I found exactly what I wanted and they delivered everything accurately and on time. Read More »

We recently spent over nine thousand dollars on bedroom furniture and mattress. We were told 14 days for special order. When delivered we only got half of a dual cal king adjustable bed. We received a temp mattress the next day and waited another week for the two pieces to be delivered. When they were delivered they were used, filthy, disgusting. We refused delivery and kept the temporary. Today, eight days later, the correct two pieces were delivered by non-employees driving a pickup truck.... Read More »
