I had 3 charge offs , school Loan, evictions, late payments on my credit and my credit score was in the low 400’s . Just 3 weeks ago I had no Home , no car and I was not qualified for any type of loan due to my poor Credit. My husband and I rented a property last, in south orange county, through Martin Investment Properties. They were wonderful from the start!! Mike went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable with the property and everything else.
