How is that this company claims 92.6% customer satisfaction rate in their promotions but yet has about 50% satisfaction rate on Amazon? This company says that if you are not satisfied with the product to simply return the two UNOPENED boxes to them and they will refund your money. However, I wonder if they are mailing out pills that another customer has returned that was not opened. What are they doing with those pills customers send back? I am a new user of this product, only a week into it. I agree with the others as far as the start date being unfair with it correlating the the date you order vs the date you receive it. Doesn't seem right. I did however actually ask this question when I was on the phone with the rep preparing to place my order. I have been using Amberen for about 2 yrs. It did take about 2 month before I noticed any results. I know everyone body is different but this supplement without a doubt drastically decreases all those miserable symptoms esp the hot flashes and mood swings. I have recommended it to others and most have been very pleased with the results.. Like I said it did take about 2 months the first time I started. I called this company today (my ending date of my 30th day trial) to say that it wasn't working for me either and that I will be returning the unused portion. I also noticed today that my charge card had been charged $149. I asked why this has happened since I actually had until today to state I was returning the product. I placed an order for the 3 month course of Anberen on November 18, 2010. I was informed by the representative that if the product did not work simply return the unused portion and a full refund would be given. I sent an email to Lunada on December 27,2010 for information on returning the product because it was not working at all for me. I am also making a complaint to BBB. Based on radio advertising, "Absolutely Risk Free" I signed up for a trial of Amberen, "healthy choice for menopause". The product did not work for me and upon consultion direct with Lunada Biomedical, I was told to double the dosage. After 10 days, I still had no improvement to menopausal symptoms so I brought the package & pills to my physician to examine at Kaiser.
