There's NO free trial! (they ask for pics of your credit card!) Once you add your payment method to their website (hoping you'll get the advertised "free trial" by doing so), they'll send you an email asking you to reply back to them with a copy of your ID, proof of residence, front-and-back photos of your credit card AND a signed document in which you authorise them to charge you for "forwarding services", without ANY mention of the amount, the date, the terms nor the advertised "free trial... I used their service for 1 year and then the system automatically billed me for another year. Same day I called them to cancel it and get my charge of $108 refunded. They made my jump through all kinds of hoops but eventually they said they canceled it and refund is issued. THEY FORGOT! 2 weeks later I decided not to wait anymore and filed a dispute with my CC. Based on my experiences with Toll Free Forwarding, I'm not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from. The times that I have had to contact customer service have been short and painless, and always (well, the two times I had to call) ended with my questions being answered. They take take decisions on your behalf and recharge your account according to the last month's usage. If I would have predicted the usage, then why would I have chosen the $9 plan, and paid them more for the calls. I signed up for a free trial and after filling in all my data including my card number, address etc, I pressed the botton to activate my line. My business has grown greatly in the last 2.5 years, largely thanks to TollFreeForwarding.com. Unlike Sprint, Verizon, nor AT&T they activate new numbers instantly. Sometime, we forward our calls to Boston sometimes Glasgow, UK and it all works just by using the website - none of the big guys can do that and they charge a lot more and take weeks/months to setup new numbers. tollfreeforwarding.com are the worst company in the world for providing telephone numbers to consumers and businesses avoid at all costs. We purchased a number from TollFreeForwarding.com on 5th October 2011, we requested a number that allowed all phones to call us including mobiles. I have used tollfreefowarding.com for many years without issue. We now use them for several of our companies. They are far less expensive than the traditional phone company. I also like the new system where the messages are on-line so anyone in our company can easily retrieve the messages and then note action for everyone to see. It eliminates the black hole of messages. The best thing which i like about Tollfreeforwarding.com is there is no hardware installed at your office so you don't have to pay anything to your provider or to maintain it. Hi everybody, beware of this company, as i feel being a victim of this fraud company.
