Customer service is very bad, Management is worse....they don't return emergency calls, will let you sit in the heat for days after spending thousands on their product, they should shut down business. Went elsewhere, got immediate emergency service within 2 hours they were there fixed it and provided needed service to prevent problem in future that Alps didn't offer last time they fixed the same problem...they only want your money. Nice friendly service on the install. No customer service, not friendly, even on the verge of being mean after. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Spend the money with a more friendly, honest, company. They just Want your money. Read More »

ALPS Air Conditioner & Heating from Anaheim, awesome technicians that take tons of pride in their work, highly recommended and nice to see there are good guys out there. I decided to get three bids for replacing my old gas furnace and ducts and install a new energy efficient AC. We got several bids and were slightly discussed until we talked to Allen from Alps. What a difference from the others. He was very courteous and very informative. The more he talked the more we trusted him. Everything he told us he would do he did. It was unbelievable after past experiences. Good communication throughout the entire process. I decided to select ALPS A/C to install my new A/C and heating unit, while tearing out the old ducts and outdated unit I had in my home. I came across ALPS at the Orange County Fair. Allen Puig was my consultant and point of contact for scheduling the City Inspector and all the workers that were going to be coming into my home, after I decided to select ALPS for my installation. ALPS installed an Air Conditioner and Furnace in one day as promised. The work was "as ordered" and the installers were quick, quiet and professional. I received 3 bids for the project and ALPS was the most competitive for the desired project. Whether or not one uses ALPS, it would be advantageous to include them on your quote list. Read More »
