I had 3 charge offs , school Loan, evictions, late payments on my credit and my credit score was in the low 400’s . Frank was very helpful and gave sound advice throughout the process. He delivered on his promises with no surprises. In fact, my current mortgage company creamed us with closing costs on our last refinance... and never even offered the debt consolidation option. I was contacted by Global Equity Finance Feb 25, 2020 and started a VA refi. My loan processor was Frank Torres. I told Frank I would not be at the property after March 16 and to schedule ALL inspections before March 16. The appraisal was scheduled and conducted no problem. This company will scam you - beware. First off, they spoof their outbound phone # to look like a local # to you. My call block thought it was Ring alarm and let it through - the only reason I answered. The guy says he was with GE Finance and responding to my inquiry about a potential re-fi. Dealt with Rabby Soto with Global Equity Finance. He was a great pleasure to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way. Shopping for a lender to refinance my home with can be a difficult challenge at best. I had received many offers from lenders offering fantastic customer service. I am really impressed with the refinancing process here in GEF. When I got call from Dave I was little suspicious, since I was getting calls from multiple lenders.
