ordered a saddle sectional from this company a few months ago and i am very happy with my purchase. the woman who confirmed my order was very helpful with my questions, the drivers were on time, and even when i was missing a screw they shipped it to me overnight. very good service, overall. I read these bad reviews and they worried me, but I'm glad I decided to buy from them anyway and take the risk. I ordered a table and 6 chairs online and they called me later that day to schedule a delivery date with me. I spoke with a woman there who was very nice, and they scheduled me for 2 days later, so I didn't have to even wait long at all. I love this company! The furniture I've bought has all been really great quality, especially for the money! I've purchased a sofa set and a dining room set and both have held up really well over time (and we use them a lot!). You don't pay until it's sitting in your house, which was especially nice when I was still unsure about using these guys... and they've also got a return policy (which I have never used, but they explained it over the phone to me both times I ordered, which definitely ma... I ordered a sectional from Furniture 2 Go because of the amazing price...$449..AMAZING, right?! I placed an order online with the company. I got a call stating that my delivery would be on Saturday between 8am-12p. On Friday night at 930pm,I received a call from a Humberto, hardly spoke English and wanted to deliver my bed I told him I was in bed already and my tenants have a baby that it was too late to deliver. I was inspired to write this review because I almost didn't order from this company because of all the bad reviews but I'm glad I did. I got my sofa today (this one) http://www.furniture2go.com/product_detail.php?pid=1212 and a tv stand. I bought a sectional couch from this company. The price was great and it even included free delivery. The couch came in several different pieces (including a few hundred bolts and screws) that were labeled wrong when compared to the illustrated instructions. I was really pleased to find the furniture I was looking for on this website. After ordering a $700.00 sectional on 2/13/2011 I received a very rude, abrupt call letting me know that the item is back ordered, and will not be available until mid March. I was very skeptical also when reading the mixed reviews on here but took the plunge and made a purchase recently. Once ordered I got a call the next day from the representative and she scheduled an appointment for delivery that same week. When it came time for delivery the driver called me 30 mins prior and because I was running late he was nice enough to wait for me. The driver was very friendly and courteous. In reading some of the negative comments below I feel like they must be thinking of a different company or something. It's just so different from my experience! I know most online stores just operate from a PO Box, cuz they don't have stores, so that's no surprise. We ordered a dark cherry coffee table and end table this past weekend. I have to admit we were very sceptical about the quality of the furniture with the price being so inexpensive, but we were desperate with a huge party coming that same weekend....Well we were both extremely happy with the quality. The customer service on this company sucks big time!!! I called on Monday and ask what was the delivery time for the City of Palmdale. I was told that they would actually have a delivery out on Wednesday and if I order then, it would make it out for delivery Wednesday between 5-9pm. So I ordered. I have had a very hard time with this company. First of all, I placed an online order for a bedroom set and received a call a few days later saying that they had discontinued this set- so why is it still posted on the website and readily available to purchase??!! WORST online shopping experience EVER.... Here is what happened. I placed an order online one TUE at the end of June 2010. 2 automatic email sent to me to confirm my order like most of online shopping. A rep called me the next day told me they are out of stock.
