This company is TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM... They showed up to my house and the trouble started as soon as they drilled holes into my 100 year old craftsman house without looking where they were drilling and messed up my beautiful built in bookcases. When I came into the living room foam was dripping from the ceiling onto my nice couch and that had to be cleaned, they sent a wood guy out to fix my bookcases but he didn't finish the job completely so I had to do it in the following weeks. I contacted Accuracy recently to obtain a quote to exterminate my termites. The office staff was very friendly and professional both Danette and Gayle:))Clayton came out to do the inspection and was right on time and very informative. He answered all our questions and didn't pressure us at all. He explained in detail how the Accura-foam treatment was done and its pros and cons versus fumigation. I regret the day I did business with them. Will work with a known contractor next time. They came and did the work twice before I was satisfied, however they conviently never did send me a notice to renew and when I called them was told they mailed and called (which they didn't cause I have never changed my cell number or house number) and my contract was voided so I would have to start all over again. I cannot belive I did business with this company. They fixed my patio and did not do the job according to contract and the GM John Claypool always avoided my calls. Finally, when I did get a call back he was rude and obnoxious- NO MANAGER skills at all. They came back five times and the patio is still not completely repaired. Terrible customer service!!! The two receptionists I dealt with, Gal and Stephanie, are both incredibly rude and both HUNG UP on me. They're nice when you're a new customer but once you pay them and have questions about warranties and such, the courtesy goes down the drain. I don't know how to reiterate this, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH AND I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY WARRANTY OR GOING BACK TO THEM. Read More »
