Thank you very much to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center for fixing my stove. I have a very old stove and it wasn't easy to find the company who knows how to fix it. From the minute I called Universal, they handle my request properly and professionally. After quick diagnostic service technician knew what was wrong with the oven, gave me an estimate and fixed it. This is my first time to review a business. I would like to compliment Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center for what they do. I've used their services many times for almost every appliance in my home. They always come out on time and provide quality repairs. A few weeks ago my 20 years old refrigerator stopped cooling and as always I called Universal. Their tech diagnosed the problem with the compressor and he recommended to replace the refrigerator, instead of spending $500 for compressor.... Read More »

Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center had such a range of available products, and such low prices, that I was somewhat skeptical that they were legit. The only problem I encountered was that they shipped much faster than expected, and I wasn't ready for appliances. The price, for a complete kitchen of hard-to-find Electrolux designer appliances was unbeatable and shipping was extremely reasonable and fast. I purchased all of my appliances from Universal over the last 5 years and let me tell you, their showroom in Studio City is beautiful, sales personal is very nice, they know what they are talking about and their installers are the best. A few weeks ago I purchased my kitchen appliances from Universal. Sales person was very professional and new the products very well. He gave me a few suggestions and finalized my order quickly. The prices are unbeatable! These guys are very professional and fast. I've ordered a dishwasher. The delivery was made even faster then I've been expected. I honestly can not say a good thing about this company from ordering to delivery to service. I have experienced all of it in the last two in a half years. I ordered over $25,000 worth of kitchen appliances when I renovated my kitchen. The sales rep. Quoted us wrong on availability and when items were delivered the all I got was grumpy, unmotivated and minimal installation of my items. Stay away!!! Unless you are looking for a runaround from a fly-by-night company, several months of broken promises for delivery or refund, and ultimately, a chargeback at your own expense. Simply search the internet for reviews, or one of the *four* different profiles on the BBB website. If you want service, forget it; if you want good faith and fair dealing, forget it; if you want a low price (assuming that their unrealistic pricing on some items has enticed you) - simply take their "quote"...
