I would highly recommended Payless water heaters to anyone. The service was top notch, honest and very professional. This company sure went out of their way to get me the right product, great price including the install. Last week, I bought a water tank and it never worked right from day one, so I called the company back out. Within 4 hours a tech came out. Changed out the thermostat and tested unit. My water heater at my office broke and was leaking from under it. I called these guys to come check it out. They told me these water heaters usually break within 7 years and there is nothing you can do. They recommended getting a tankless which would last longer but it would cost me twice more due to having to bring a gas line. So I decided to stick with an electric one. This co. does not deserve even ONE star...Was called through Fidelity Warranty..To look at the leaking water heater, and guess what??? They said that it was leaking for a long time and it is not covered???? Fungus and mushrooms are around wooden base. Non of that was there, my husband checked it and the base was damp and wet yes because it was leaking the previous night. I had a water heater problem the other day. My wife called me in a panic at work, I found this company on google and spoke to a gentleman Anthony that helped me get the plumber to my home! I called at 2pm by 3pm the plumber arrived called me at work to give me bad news I told him to go ahead with work to replace our water heater. I called Last Weekend on a sat. my water heater was leaking, they came out in an hour, on time ready to get to work the guy had the water heater & parts on his van. It turned out I needed a new one. Our old water heater was 18 years old. He did a really nice job when he was done it looked 10 times better than before. the guy they sent was really Clean & Professional! thanks for the nice Job. Its Sunday morning I just woke up to a leaking water heater. I was really happy when the guy from Payless showed up he had the Equipment on his truck ready to get to work when he got here. he put in a 50 gallon, 10 year Warranty very clean work & looks much nicer than the old one.The product was American made.The guy was really helpful and explained everything to me. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUY AT PAYLESS WATER HEATERS AND ANYONE GOING THROUGH FIDELITY NATIONAL HOME WARRANTY, WHAT A RACKET THEY HAVE. Wow Tankless Installed in One day! Great Job I called Payless this morning, shortly after a gentlemen showed up at 10am ready to get my problem solved with a new water Heater but instead I opted for the new tankless. Which to my surprise could be done the same day. I gave them the go ahead they started work right away. It took some time because they had to run a new larger gas line and a new vent as well. There is not a low enough rating for Payless Water Heaters. I paid for a top-of-the-line Bradford White water heater with the twelve year warranty, and I have the paperwork to prove it. It cost me over $1300 because the installer, after installing the heater, told me I had to replace my water pressure regulator or he would void the warranty on the heater.
