When i ordered this gun using paypal, i waited a few days and the order status still said new...? I called several times and emailed, all of which have gone un-answered. Luckilly, i emailed paypal and they sent speedy toys an email about the problem. speedy toys then said that they were sorry that it had not shipped yet. Ordered an "in stock" item (Dec. 09) and decided to call after hearing nothing for a week. No one answers the phones for existing orders so I used the trick posted here to call as a new order. Parts of my order were apparently out of stock, but no one bothered to contact me about it. A week after my shipment arrives my Visa debit card provider fraud unit calls asking me about all these charges I never placed (in the thousands!). Two minutes after purchasing a BB gun, the credit card number was stolen and used. Didn"t know it until the next day nwhen American Expres Fraud Unit called to tell me that2 minutes after the order went through, three other orders for advertising went through low and behold...in California. Wonder how that happened. Had to cancel card and have new one sent. Have no idea if company is sending gun...can"t reach them on the phone. Read More »

I placed an order on 3/22/08, quickly got a confirmation email and they took the money from my acct the next day. Over a week later the order status still says "new" and I am unable to find out if the order has shipped and when it is expected to arrive. 3 emails have gone unanswered. The phone number on the website is busy during business hours. After hours a voicemail picks up and says no one is available to take the call. I purchased an UTG airsoft product from them in December of 2007. My complaint regarding this company is their customer service, or should I say lack of customer service. They have a 30 day return policy, however if you purchase a product that quits working immediately and contact them via e-mail and they don't answer your e-mails what good is a 30 day return policy? I ordered July 5th, although they were moving warehouses, so it did take a while for my gun to arrive, but when they started shipping, I got all 3 of my packages within 2 weeks (I had a very large order).
