Just had a Samsung mini -split air and heat unit installed in our home today. It was installed by John and Clint. I want to say how impressed i was in the whole installation. These men were very professional and friendly and did a great job including the clean up.I t sure is nice to see people that truly enjoy what they do for a living. Recently we installed an air conditioning and heating unit with an air cleaner in our residence. We chose Air Concepts because of the over 20 years experience, the top brand of American Standard (rated #1 with Consumer Report), and "Check out the State Contractor's License Board & the Better Business Bureau". I called your company after not being called back by one of your competitors. Within an hour, Frank Gleason, Jr. came out and fixed our air conditioning problem. Kelly is TOP NOTCH! She is extremely patient and will explain everything you want to know when it comes to your AC unit. I had them check my AC becuase I thought it wasn't running 100%. As it turns out, we just need a new filter. There were a few small issues that she also took the time to explain. I feel very comfortable with them and would suggest giving them a try. Read More »
