As a bounce house owner ordering equipment is very important, from the style, size, color. I looked around to different website and notice this one combo slide I needed to have. The customer service at the time of ordering was good. After ordering this combo than thats when all hell broke loose. I got a confirmation order form Malvin with the shipping number. What else can I say. Eddie is a great guy. The company is awesome. I drive up from San Diego to their shop every now and then, and when I do all the guys are great, friendly, and very accommodating.
