Better service than I expected, especially coming from an online party supply store. When I gave them a call to ask about one of my orders, they were quick to respond and I was able to get connected to an actual person instead of a machine. I used GotParty for a few different parties and they were helpful and the goods were delivered on-time and as described. I called the phone # and got a real person, he was helpful and spoke Spanish as well. their products are reasonably priced, fast shipping and a better experience than most web based shopping I've encountered. I found this company on the internet being that they carried LA Lakers party supplies. My son is celebrating his 9th birthday and wanted everything to be entailed with LA Lakers gear. I called the company and requested to order a few items and gave the gentleman my credit card information. After giving the gentleman my credit card information and informing him that the card was an American Express gift card, he stated he needed to speak with someone else to input this and would call me back....
