These guys are the best! I made my reservation with another agency before finding these guys (unfortunately) and they called me one week prior to tell me they were cancelling my reservation because they had double booked us. I found these guys online, called them up, told them the situation. 2 hours later I was booked at a gorgeous log style home called Geronimo Lodge. I had a very good experience with this company over the Christmas/New Year holiday 2010-2011. I chose them based in part on reviews here. I dealt with them long-distance over the phone and by email, and they were always very responsive and very patient with my rather "nervous about what I was getting into" questions. Check in was easy. We had a fabulous time in the Mountain Pines Lodge. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable and decorated so wonderfully. It was just as it was online. The employees at Big Bear Luxury Properties were so helpful and extremely nice upon our arrival. We even had to contact Cesar once we were at the home for his assistance with something and he was so helpful and even offered to drive out to the cabin to help if we needed it. I cannot say enough good things about Big Bear Luxury Properties. My family has rented from them for several years. The properties are always exactly as they say they are, they're beautiful, clean, the houses are warmed up in the winter for your arrival, kitchens are well stocked with quality products as are the bedrooms and bath.
